• Leads and develops a team responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to enhance assigned vendors' eCommerce presence and drive traffic and sales.
• Identifies high-impact growth opportunities and monitors project deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Reviews performance reports regularly and communicates key wins and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
• Leads presentations on program success and strategic initiatives to internal and external audiences.
• Manages cross-functional partnerships by streamlining processes, aligning resources, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Drives process improvements and builds program awareness to support vendor retention year over year.
• Coordinates and supports vendor program onboarding to ensure smooth and compliant setups.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Education And Experience

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
