WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Responsible for managing a portfolio of personal & business clients and overseeing the overall success of the branch. As a leader & coach, the Branch Manager enables their team to succeed through regular coaching, maintaining high standards for risk and compliance, and contributing to market and regional strategies. They assist clients in meeting their financial needs by providing sound financial advice and acting as a trusted advisor. The role involves managing all branch functions, emphasizing a client-driven sales and service environment through active calling and referrals, delivering exemplary service, and promoting solutions aligned with the Bank's segmentation strategy. The manager plans, controls, and directs branch activities to achieve sales, client service, credit quality, and risk management goals. They ensure all positions are functional, roles are clear, and colleagues are developed for future success. Success is measured by new client acquisition, deposit and fee income growth, loan volume, risk mitigation, and community engagement, all while maintaining professional standards and compliance with Safe Act registration requirements.
