IVX Health is seeking a results-driven Manager of Billing Operations to lead our insurance collections and A/R follow-up efforts across all markets. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee a high-performing team responsible for resolving unpaid claims, reducing aging A/R, and driving denial resolution. This opportunity can be based remotely or in a hybrid capacity from our Brentwood, TN corporate office.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a high-performing team of insurance billing professionals by setting clear expectations, coaching for success, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Oversee insurance A/R operations to ensure timely follow-up on unpaid or denied claims and optimize collection efforts across markets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Prior Authorization, Credentialing) to resolve payer issues and streamline workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement that reduce A/R days, increase reimbursement, and support operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with payer guidelines, HIPAA, and internal policies, while ensuring clean, accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement, denial resolution, and A/R management
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing remote or hybrid teams
  • Ability to assess trends, improve performance, and drive outcomes
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Familiarity with billing and EHR systems (e.g., GE Centricity, Intergy) and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance A/R and revenue cycle operations
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
