Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking a Manager of Operations Performance and Data Analytics, North America, to lead a BI and Reporting team and deliver data‑driven insights that enhance efficiency and decision‑making across the region.

You will own regional reporting frameworks, drive automation, and enable modern analytics tools, including Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities, while ensuring governance and alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or data strategy
• 3+ years lead or people leadership experience preferred
• Advanced Power BI expertise including development, automation, and workspace governance
• Strong SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team
• Drive end-to-end analytical strategy and delivery across the customer journey
• Own standardized regional and global reporting frameworks, improving automation and speed-to-insight
• Partner with global and regional stakeholders to enable modern analytics solutions including AI and advanced BI
• Manage the Power BI environment governance, access, refreshes, and alignment with global configurations
• Oversee integration of enterprise source systems into reporting architecture and lead reporting transitions
