Manager - Data & Analytics/Auto-Finance Product and Delivery Enablement

The Role:

Join a dynamic, high-impact, and growing Data and Analytics (D&A) business unit within J.D. Power as a Manager of Product and Delivery Enablement, focusing on the auto finance sector. In this role, you will implement high-visibility product enhancements on projects involving extensive collaboration with customer success, data science, and other teams that serve auto finance clients. You will deliver major technical product and process enhancements to data science and analytical solutions, develop robust rollout and dependency plans meeting cross-functional and business requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to execute those plans.

The Impact You Will Have in This Role:

This role will leverage your analytical, business, and client-facing communication skills to implement product enhancements that drive business growth, revenue, and enable our auto finance customers' success in using our tools.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

1. Create and oversee product roadmaps to drive development and evolution of data products tailored for the auto finance sector.
2. Gather and prioritize client feedback on data needs, usability, and potential product enhancements, ensuring auto finance clients' needs are integrated into product development.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to auto finance to inform product decisions.
4. Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies, coordinating with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
5. Lead training sessions to support customer onboarding to new delivery platforms, guiding clients through product features, capabilities, and best practices.

Qualifications of this Role:

• BA/BS degree in business, economics, or related fields (Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, etc.); MBA highly desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the auto finance industry.
• Prior SaaS product ownership experience, including managing feature prioritization, customer interactions, and technical team coordination.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel, working with large data sets, and fluency with MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau, other BI tools, and SQL preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to think quickly.
