JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the Auditing Services Team at CorroHealth, the Manager for Auditing Services utilizes coding and auditing knowledge to assist the Leadership Team in maintaining high level of client satisfaction through managing the overall quantity and quality of coding production for any and all assigned clients. They will manage a team of PB and HB Coding Auditing Specialists. Responsible for leading coding quality specialists (auditors) that provide internal hospital and physician (provider) auditing. Manager must have the ability to accurately audit and code (ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, Level I & II modifiers) all the following service types: facility inpatient, emergency room, outpatient surgery, observation, ancillary, recurring therapy, clinic, professional, and billing/coding edit resolution. The manager will be working with multiple facility specific, state billing and coding guidelines as well as various Medicare Administrative Contractors nation-wide. Collaborates with the MRC Coding Department on coding audits and training.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
