Join to apply for the Manager, Asset Compliance role at RWE.

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Asset Compliance to join our compliance team supporting a growing renewable energy company. This senior-level role involves leading, managing, and improving NERC CIP compliance activities focused on assets under CIP standards. We are open to considering candidates at a mid-level with strong NERC CIP experience and high growth potential, with responsibilities adjusted accordingly.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Leading or supporting the development of the NERC CIP compliance program.
2. Serving as a SME on CIP standards or assisting in interpreting requirements.
3. Driving or supporting audits, evidence collection, and control testing.
4. Participating in stakeholder meetings to ensure compliance alignment.
5. Mentoring peers and identifying process improvements.
6. Supporting remediation and root cause analysis after compliance findings.
7. Monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal guidance.
8. Performing day-to-day compliance activities with increasing autonomy.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, Business, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience, including NERC CIP compliance.
• Strong understanding of NERC CIP standards in utility or renewable energy contexts.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Experience with audit readiness and non-compliance investigations.
• Project management and contact management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn about the renewables industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with some travel required.
