San Diego Community College District is seeking a Manager for Applications Development in the Information Technology department. Pay Information: Range 4 ($9,617.30 – $15,665.56) per month based on the current Management salary schedule. Initial salary placement is commensurate with related experience and promotional rules. Applications are currently being accepted for Manager, Applications Development in the Information Technology department, located at our district office. Hours are Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm). Selected candidate must be willing to adjust work days/hours based on the department’s needs. Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, the Manager of Application Development manages the application development staff in design, development, implementation, and support of applications and interfaces. Please note that an employee may be transferred to any site at the option of the Chancellor.
Applicants with foreign degrees from colleges or universities outside the United States must have their coursework evaluated by a professional association that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute (ACEI). A copy of the evaluation must be submitted with the online application.
All applicants must have demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse backgrounds of community college students and staff.
