San Diego Community College District is seeking a Bond Executive Construction Manager to lead district facilities construction and related projects. You will coordinate with architects, contractors and district administrators to deliver safe, functional, and compliant educational facilities.

Pay Information: This is Restricted position; The position may continue, contingent upon renewal of funding. Range 6 ($10,908.18 – $17,768.27) per month based on the current Management salary schedule. Initial salary placement is commensurate with related experience and promotional rules. SDCCD offers a comprehensive fringe benefit package including employer-paid medical, dental and vision plans, sick and vacation leave, and opportunities for professional development.
This position is FLSA Exempt and may not accrue overtime. A temporary probationary period will be applied to the employee entering this assignment. Our Facilities Services unit supports everything from custodial and landscape work to maintenance and work-order management across the District.
Hours are Monday -Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Selected candidate must be willing to adjust work days/hours based on the department's needs.
This is a restricted position. The position may continue, based upon renewal of funding. Please note that an employee may be transferred to any site at the option of the Chancellor.
