Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of degree, 6 years of relevant experience is acceptable. Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare setting is required. Three years of healthcare management experience is preferred. Maintains any certifications and/or licensure as required by profession. Depending on location, current valid driver’s license may be required and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category III drivers.
