Job summary

The University of Miami seeks a Manager of Marketing Information Architecture & User Experience to own how users find information across UHealth’s digital properties. You will run the enterprise UX research program end-to-end and translate findings into information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation across providers, services, and locations.

You will govern IA frameworks, content models, and site structures in Sitecore XM Cloud, while guiding both internal specialists and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX research or IA with ownership of both research and architecture.
• Experience migrating large websites or enterprise CMS with taxonomy and redirects.
• Ability to run a research program end-to-end, including recruitment.
• Proven ability to resolve contested design decisions with evidence.
• Experience directing external agency resources and managing scope.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise UX research program from study design to synthesis.
• Define IA frameworks across all digital properties and site taxonomy.
• Lead migration IA workstreams, mapping content and redirects.
• Oversee content modeling, page types, and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as product owner.
