University of Miami Health System is seeking a Manager, Marketing Information Architecture & User Experience to lead enterprise UX research and information architecture across digital properties. You will drive content modeling in Sitecore XM Cloud, define IA standards, and ensure AI-ready content surfaces.

You will own the evidence-backed decision process, coordinate internal teams and external partners, and shape experience KPIs like findability and time to appointment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in UX research, information architecture, or content strategy.
• Experience with large-scale website migrations or enterprise CMS projects; content modeling and taxonomy design.
• Ability to run a research program end to end, including recruitment and synthesis.
• Proven skill in resolving contested design decisions with data.

Aufgaben

• Own enterprise UX research program from study design to synthesis and repository access.
• Define and govern IA frameworks across all digital properties (taxonomy, navigation, URL structures).
• Lead content modeling and page type architecture in Sitecore XM Cloud; manage governance docs.
• Own AI and discovery efforts: structure content for machine consumption and optimize for AI surfaces.
• Direct implementation partners and manage scope, deliverables, and quality timelines.
