Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management delivering enterprise software or customer-experience platforms.
• Experience leading and developing product management professionals.
• Proven ability to align customer needs with product strategy and investments.
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms/AI-enabled solutions (integrated workflows, automation).
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Certinia PSA, Sierra AI, or related SaaS domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers and a portfolio of customer experience products.
• Define strategy, investment priorities, and outcomes for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and AI to move products from discovery to launch.
• Establish measures for adoption, quality, and business value; report to senior leaders.
