Responsibilities

Own BI initiatives from scoping to delivery, incl. Revenue Forecast Accuracy and segmentation projects.
Translate business needs into clear, buildable requirements for development teams.
Collaborate with the Senior Application Architect and Senior Analytics Developer to redefine BI at CDM Smith.
Champion AI-assisted and agentic development practices across the team.
Manage timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations under pressure with shifting scope.
Review and guide the technical direction of Power BI and Fabric solutions.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements in how BI solutions are scoped, built, and shipped.
