Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data and AI Solution Manager to join our Business Technology team in Denver. You will lead the development and execution of our enterprise AI platform, bridging business stakeholders, product users, technology teams and implementation partners to deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in AI solution delivery, strategic thinking, strong communication, and change management skills.

Qualifications

Lead cross functional delivery teams spanning business, technology and data stakeholders.
Demonstrated knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, vector databases and prompt engineering.
Strong program and project management with multiple initiatives.
Ability to build business cases, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
Ability to align stakeholders with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead cross functional delivery teams working on the enterprise AI platform.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business expectations.
Partner with stakeholders to develop enterprise AI platform strategy and roadmap.
Identify and prioritize features based on value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
Translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and release plans.
Facilitate workshops to understand challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with Solution Architect and delivery teams for scalable, secure AI solutions.
