Walmart eCommerce is seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics in Bentonville, AR to lead data-driven strategies and predictive modeling initiatives. You will partner with leadership to define analytics objectives, mentor a team, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

You will develop data models, manage end-to-end projects, and present recommendations to stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to support business solutions and drive measurable results.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with strategic goals.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and business initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver consultative analytics solutions supporting business needs.
• Oversee data analysis strategies and guide team members in applying advanced analytics techniques.
