Job summary

Walmart Bellevue is seeking a Manager of Advanced Analytics to lead a team delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. You will mentor staff, develop models, and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional partners while aligning with business goals.

You will collaborate with leadership within Walmart eCommerce’s Advanced Analytics team to drive innovation, build predictive solutions, and improve performance across the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• 2 years' analytics experience or 4 years' analytics experience.
• Proven leadership of analytics projects and teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with Tableau and end-to-end analytics workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytics objectives with leadership and develop research plans.
• Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects.
• Develop data models, algorithms, and prototypes for insights.
• Present data-driven recommendations to inform initiatives.
