Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Manager - Accounts Receivable to lead reconciliation of services and optimize revenue cycles. The role supervises a team and reports to the Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Management.

Responsibilities

• The Manager of Accounts Receivable is responsible for the reconciliation of services rendered to final and accurate payment.
• This includes the successful resolution of outstanding cash payments, claims denials, and claims projects which may involve denials, under paid claims, account balances, incorrect payer adjudication, and payment appeals and grievances.
• The Manager of Accounts Receivable will manage a team of staff dedicated to ensuring optimal and accurate revenue actualization.
• This position reports to the Sr. Director of the Revenue Cycle Management department.
