Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense to lead procure-to-pay transformation across the Americas. You will govern payment runs, drive Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P adoption, and champion No PO, No Pay while collaborating with global leaders to optimize cash flow and working capital.

You will influence US and LATAM operations, guide change management, and partner with Treasury to ensure compliant, efficient disbursements. Dayton, OH-based with 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, T&E, or P2P finance operations within a multinational corporate environment.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including leading cross-border or remote teams across Latin America.
• Proven experience driving P2P process improvement or change management initiatives, such as policy enforcement or supplier portal rollouts.
• Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance internal controls, and disbursement governance.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Authorize and govern multi-channel payment disbursement runs across US and LATAM entities in strategic alignment with Corporate Treasury and cash flow targets.
• Spearhead regional business adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P and Expenses, acting as the primary subject matter expert and change advocate.
• Lead the regional shift toward a disciplined No PO, No Pay culture by educating key business stakeholders and remediating non-compliant purchasing habits.
• Champion digital supplier enablement by accelerating portal onboarding for automated vendor management, e-invoicing, and secure tax compliance.
• Drive operational excellence and service delivery in partnership with cross-border teams in Mexicali and our strategic offshore BPO partner.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, T&E, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) finance operations within a multinational corporate environment.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including leading cross-border or remote teams across Latin America.
• Proven experience driving P2P process improvement or change management initiatives, such as policy enforcement or supplier portal rollouts.
• Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance internal controls, and disbursement governance.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P and Oracle Expenses.
• Direct experience managing offshore BPO partner delivery relationships.
• Working knowledge or proficiency in Spanish.
