Job summary

Trimble seeks a Manager of Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense to lead procure-to-pay regional transformation across the Americas. You will drive adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud, optimize cash disbursements, and govern multi-channel payments for US and LATAM entities.

You will manage cross-border teams, advance supplier enablement, and strengthen internal controls under US GAAP and SOX, while partnering with Corporate Treasury for working capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, T&E, or P2P finance operations within a multinational corporate environment.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience, including leading cross-border or remote teams across Latin America.
• Proven experience driving P2P process improvement or change management initiatives, such as policy enforcement or supplier portal rollouts.
• Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance internal controls, and disbursement governance.

Responsibilities

• Authorize and govern multi-channel payment disbursement runs across US and LATAM entities in alignment with Corporate Treasury.
• Spearhead regional adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P and Expenses as SME and change advocate.
• Lead the regional shift toward a No PO, No Pay culture by educating stakeholders and remediating non-compliant purchasing.
• Champion digital supplier enablement with onboarding for automated vendor management, e-invoicing, and tax compliance.
• Drive operational excellence with cross-border teams in Mexicali and offshore BPO partner.
