Job summary

Randstad USA in the greater Boston area is helping an established nonprofit/education-focused organization recruit a Manager, Accounting & Finance. This role is ideal for a Senior Accountant ready to move into management or an Accounting Manager who balances hands-on full-cycle accounting with forward-looking financial analysis.

You will own monthly close, coordinate audits, build financial dashboards for leadership, drive process improvements, and optimize accounting systems to support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including maintaining GL, reconciliations, month/year-end close, financial statements, and external audit support.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, building visual dashboards/charts).
• Prior experience in Nonprofit or Education industry preferred

Responsibilities

This opening is a great fit for a Senior Accountant ready to step up into management or an Accounting Manager who enjoys a balance of hands-on full-cycle accounting and forward-looking financial analysis.
