Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a seasoned accounting advisory professional in Virginia to deliver tailored solutions in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and operational accounting. You will design reporting processes, support restatements, and help optimize the finance function for clients across industries.

With a strong foundation in GAAP and IFRS, you will collaborate with client teams, mentor colleagues, and contribute to firm-approved AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA or CA certification required.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%.
• Experience with IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, carve-outs.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting design, restatement assistance, and SEC filings support.
• SEC Reporting: preparation/review of filings and compliance.
• Operational Accounting: continuous improvement of finance functions.

The following range takes into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. The current estimated range is $115,000 - $160,000 per year + annual bonus + additional
