Job description

SUMMARY

Reports to the Director, Pharmacy Business Operations. Responsible for overall operations and compliance of the 340B Program for Brown University Health. Responsible for managing registration and participation in the 340B Program for all 340B Covered Entities within Brown University Health and ensuring that use of 340B throughout the organization is compliant with Section 340B, and related interpretations, of the Public Health Service Act (1992) as administered by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).Responsible for achieving maximum utilization of 340B
