Job summary

Intuit is seeking a R&D Team Lead for the Bill Management team to guide the development of the bill ingestion and payment platform that helps small businesses get paid faster.

You'll lead and mentor engineers, drive a customer-centric product vision, and collaborate across Program Management, Business Analysts, and Development Managers to deliver high-impact software with a strong focus on code quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams delivering customer‑driven software.
• Proven ability to lead change, empower people, and drive future product technology visions.
• 8–12 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Experience with frontend technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SaaS technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with global teams.

In this role you’ll be part of an innovative team that creates the next generation of Intuit’s bill ingestion and payment mechanism, helping small businesses to get paid faster.

Qualifications

• 3 plus years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer‑driven software products.
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience.
• Expertise in the Software design/architecture process.
• Hands‑on experience while managing.
• Experience with Frontend technologies
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies.
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably - experience working with global teams.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work‑related experience.
