In this role you’ll be part of an innovative team that creates the next generation of Intuit’s bill ingestion and payment mechanism, helping small businesses to get paid faster.

• To accomplish this you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross‑functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, Program Managers and Development Managers across the org).

Qualifications

• 3 plus years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen.
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands on software development experience.
• Expertise in the Software design/architecture process.
• Hands‑on experience while managing.
• Experience with Frontend technologies.
• Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS technologies.
• Posesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably - experience working with global teams.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work‑related experience.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: Mountain View $222,000-$300,500.
