Subway is hiring a Manager for a new Drive-Thru location in Smyrna, GA. You will oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling, to ensure fast, accurate service and top-notch guest experience.

Qualifications

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
