We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and fast‑paced manager to oversee operations at our new Subway Drive‑Thru location in Smyrna, GA. This role requires a self‑driven leader who can handle the demands of a busy drive‑thru environment, ensure efficient service, and maintain high‑quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
• Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt, friendly, and accurate service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and drive‑thru areas
• Ensure compliance with Subway’s operational policies and food safety standards
• Handle inventory management, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
• Drive team performance to meet sales and efficiency targets
• Foster a positive, productive, and team‑oriented work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager in a drive‑thru setting
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in supervising and training staff in a restaurant environment
• Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
• Physical ability to bend, stand, walk the entire workday and lift 10–30 pounds
