Glory Days Grill in the Tampa area is seeking a hands-on Managing Partner to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience across front and back of house.

You will drive financial performance, oversee food safety, coach managers, and manage labor, food costs, and inventory while delivering consistent guest satisfaction and building community relationships.
