Job summary

Glory Days Grill in Lorton, VA is seeking an energetic Server to join our casual dining team. You will greet guests, guide through menus, take accurate orders, and work with teammates to deliver great food and hospitality.

You should stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, maintain a positive attitude, and provide warm, attentive service while showcasing product knowledge. The role offers flexible scheduling, benefits at 32 hours – including paid time off & health coverage, discounted shift

Qualifications

• Previous serving/food service experience preferred.
• Ability to memorize menu and upsell items to guests.

What you’ll do:

As a server, you will:

• Create awesome, memorable experiences for every guest

• Guiding guests through menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and beverages
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to deliver great food

• Your primary responsibility is to provide warm, hospitable service to each Guest while
• delivering the highest quality food and beverages
• Assisting in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
• You will exceed guest expectations with outstanding service and will providing a great dining experience
