Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer for a remote role. You will own the development of backend and frontend components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software on the full development lifecycle.

The position emphasizes PO and accounts payable/receivable processes, supplier onboarding, and policy compliance, with salary guidance and comprehensive benefits provided by the company.

• Minimum 2 years experience with purchase order creation and management.

• Minimum 2 years experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or invoice management.

Responsibilities

• Submit purchase orders for processing and oversee purchase order obligations to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Onboard new suppliers and guide them through payment and compliance procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Review incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and confirm eligibility for payment with the appropriate teams.
• Process sales tax exemption certificates and facilitate payment term change requests in accordance with company policy.
• Develop a deep knowledge of the overall business group, as well as company policy, and act as an information resource to the business group.
