Steak 'n Shake Marion is seeking a Shift Manager who will report directly to the General Manager and help run the restaurant day-to-day, directing the team and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding the Gold Standard in service.

You will partner with the General Manager to meet business goals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role includes paid training and a path to leadership within our growing brand.
