Job summary

Culver’s is seeking managers to lead shifts, empower team members and maintain a positive attitude across operations. You’ll coach, mentor and ensure food safety while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, open availability and a genuine, upbeat personality. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, with a competitive hourly pay range offered for IL locations.
