Job summary

Culver’s in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a restaurant management professional to oversee shifts, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead by example and foster a positive work environment that enhances guest experiences.

You’ll coach a high performing team, maintain operational standards, and ensure strict adherence to food safety procedures while promoting a culture of service excellence.
