Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
50% Travel required nationally.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or related field and 3 years of related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field or related field and 5 years of progressive related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Utilizing Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) module, and Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies to manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services for the Manufacturing and Technology industries;
Managing all phases of the Waterfall and Hybrid project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
Utilizing Jira, Panaya, and Agile methodology to support and oversee functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
Conducting Order to Cash (OTC) and Plan to Produce (PTP) business process workshops, utilizing Conference Room Pilot (CRP) and Business Process Harmonization sessions to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle Order Management and Manufacturing;
Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle Order Management, Inventory, and Manufacturing system landscapes;
Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC);
Performing Oracle Order Management, Discrete Manufacturing, and Inventory Management production rollouts and providing postproduction Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing CA Service Desk, Panaya, and Jira; and
Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Panaya.
