Responsibilities and Duties

• Engage in all aspects of the day‑to‑day operations at the restaurant.
• Build and maintain a strong team that possesses a "Guest First" mentality.
• Grow top sales by delivering exceptional service to neighborhood guests.
• Oversee food preparation, safety, and quality of all food.
• Effectively interact with guests, manage the dining room, and answer guest inquiries and complaints.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Assume full accountability for the restaurant profit and loss management by following marketing, cash, inventory, labor, and food cost procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass the company's background process.
• Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance.
• Must be able to obtain a ServSafe and Seller/Server alcohol certifications.
• Previous restaurant management experience required.

• Ability to operate a point of sale (POS) terminal.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to accomplish all restaurant tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to resolve guest issues with tact.
