Leadership & Team Building
- Champion a people-first culture by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a diverse team of servers, cooks, and staff.
- Foster high engagement through real-time feedback and professional development, ensuring all team members are motivated and empowered to deliver their best.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and synergy between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.
Business Analysis & Financial Oversight
- Leverage data to drive sales growth, identify operational inefficiencies, and execute waste-reduction strategies.
- Manage P&L margins, inventory, and labor costs with a sharp focus on financial health and profitability.
- Conduct regular business reviews to optimize daily operations and service standards.
Customer Experience
- Define and elevate the customer journey, ensuring that every guest receives genuine, consistent hospitality.
- Implement strategies to build community relationships and ensure high guest satisfaction scores.
