ETS Staffing is seeking a Production Manager in New York for an in-person, full-time role on 1st shift. You will lead production teams across shifts, ensure quality and safety, and manage scheduling and performance, reporting to plant management.

The candidate should have proven team management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to maintain standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
