ETS Staffing currently seeks a Production Technician for an in-person role in Lafayette, IN. The position runs 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities.

The role involves assembling electro-mechanical components, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety standards to ensure quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will read and interpret assembly instructions, work in confined spaces as needed, and lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining high attention to detail and a strong quality

Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:

• Assemble and validate electro-mechanical components following standard operating procedures
• Clean and maintain the inner vessels of tanks, including work in confined spaces
• Operate manual and power tools, as well as material handling equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety and housekeeping protocols

Your skills and experience:

• Comfortable working in confined spaces and performing physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus in all work performed
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or sitting for extended periods
