Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Production Technician in Knoxville for an in-person role with a 3rd shift overnight schedule and 12-hour shifts (Thursday-Sunday). The position offers $19/hour, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay, plus a new earned-wages-on-demand benefit.

As a Technician, you will operate and monitor high-speed production machinery, follow safety protocols, and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:
