Job summary

NADC Burger is seeking a full-time Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory, beverages and labor, with duties in recruiting, training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety. This role will submit weekly invoices and payroll hours bi-weekly, and work with a marketing team for off-site events while helping with staff development.

This position offers a growth path as the company expands. Based in Charlotte, NC, this is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced wagyu cheeseburger concept,

Qualifications

• Experience managing restaurant operations and teams.
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory control.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and invoices.

NADC Burger is looking for the next Manager to provide support to our.

Management functions include purchasing, inventory control, beverage, and labor control. Additional duties include recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety. This position is responsible for submitting weekly invoices, and payroll hours bi-weekly. Work with a marketing team for off-site events and assist with training and development of staff.
