Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar.

We are looking for the next Kitchen Manager to support our Austin based team.

Position

Full time - Exempt.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and inventory control.
• Food production and kitchen labor control.
• Managing culinary functions including line, prep cooking, recruiting, hiring, and staff training.
• Scheduling and ensuring cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Submitting weekly invoices and bi‑weekly payroll hours.
• Working with the marketing team for off‑site events.
• Assisting with training and development of staff.
