Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager in the Atlanta area to lead daily operations and guest experiences within a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment setting.

You will oversee staff, manage COGS and labor, recruit and coach team members, and ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining a fun, energetic workplace.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene. You can communicate with the Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires FUN! You like immediate gratification! Nothing better than making someone's experience better or inspiring your team to play at a higher level. You have never met a goal you can't beat. You can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50-hour work weeks. The ability to oversee all aspects of the business - from the most minor details to the big picture.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• True leadership capabilities
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
