Job summary

Subway Group in Florida is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, supervise staff, manage inventory and money controls, and uphold food safety standards.

You will coordinate local marketing, recruit talent, and ensure the restaurant runs clean, safe, and smoothly—balancing guest service with strong financial oversight.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available and compensation will be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
