Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training (MT) program. You will learn at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on experience in operations. The program prepares you to eventually run a branch, grow new business and lead a team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring and community engagement opportunities, with a culture focused on development, training, and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work-authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support, and build relationships essential to growing your own business.
