Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program at branches in Salem and Roanoke, VA. As a Manager in Training, you’ll learn the business from day one, serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and develop the skills to potentially run your own location.

Bachelor’s degree is required with 6+ months in sales or customer service, plus a valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ months in Sales or customer service in a sales setting.
• Athletic leadership or team leadership experience accepted.
• Valid driver's license; clean driving record within past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
