Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in multiple locations in the Kingsport/Bristol/Johnson City area. You will train across sales, customer service, and operations and progress toward running your own Enterprise branch.

The program offers mentoring, structured training, and a clear career path with internal promotion opportunities. A Bachelor's degree or near completion is required, plus 6 months of related experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations in the last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners at your branch.
• Receive mentoring, training, and hands-on experience to run a future branch.
