Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks candidates for its Management Training program in several Southern California areas including Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente.

You will start in a hands-on MT role, learning the business from day one, while based at a neighborhood branch. The program blends customer service, sales, and operations with mentoring and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn the business in a structured Management Training program.
• Develop branches, cultivate new business and lead a team.
• Gain exposure to sales, service, finance and operations.
