Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Pikeville, KY and Prestonburg, KY.

As an MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and building the foundation to run your own location.

The program provides training, mentoring, and a clear path for advancement within a culture that emphasizes internal promotion and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nearing graduation within 2 months.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Run your own branch in the future with mentorship and development of your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring; build relationships in the community.
• Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
