Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Elizabethtown, KY. You’ll start in a neighborhood branch and learn the business from day one, with hands-on training and mentorship to prepare you to run your own location.

As a MT, you’ll gain experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while building a career path with internal promotion opportunities. Bachelor’s degree or near graduation required, strong driving record expected.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or being within one semester of graduation.
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimal moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.

Responsabilités

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Gain experience to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support in a hands‑on learning environment; build community relationships.
