Job summary

Enterprise Management Internship in Walnut Creek, CA invites university students to gain real-world business and leadership experience while working part-time at an hourly rate. Participants must be in their final semester, enrolled full-time, and able to work 20–25 hours weekly. The program starts December 2026 and runs for 10–12 weeks at $22/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a 4 year university in final semester graduating by May 2027.
• Must have 3 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with availability to start December 2026.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week during the internship.
• Must have a valid unrestricted driver's license.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow and have fun.

This role is located at the following location:

2679 N Main Street, Walnut Creek, CA

This role is for students in enrolled their final semester at a college/university obtaining a bachelor's degree and graduating in May 2027. This position is part time and we offer $22 per hour.

Responsibilities

When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
